Institutional Sales (SFC 1,4,9)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients including financial institutions, private equity firms, trusts, banks, wealth managers, and family offices.
• Drive sales of ECM/placing, HK/US trading, TRS, asset management, and family office services to meet revenue KPIs.
• Assist in IPO underwriting and placement mandates; support introduction of cornerstone investors and anchor orders.
• Promote structured products including US equity options, TRS, and crypto spot trading.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Feed market intelligence and client feedback to product and support teams for service enhancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of institutional sales or client‑facing experience in Hong Kong's financial sector.

• Knowledge of Hong Kong securities, asset management, and structured products; some client network preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work under sales KPIs.

• Fluent in Mandarin; English and Cantonese proficiency highly preferred

• Based in Hong Kong with occasional business travel.
