Institutional Sales Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages relationship with key client's accounts and provide assistance in client's concerns
• Closely monitors and attends to all customer concerns, questions and complaints
• Leads team meetings and informal huddles
• Develops and maintains sales records of sales meetings , sales call ,new sales ,closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.
• Ensures the Institutional Sales Staff are fully equipped on product so as to be able to assist client inquiries as well
• Colloaborates with Marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference , or opportunity
• Makes weekly summary of reports submitted by agents to determine individual levels of performance
• Monitors institutional accounts payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration ,Sales and Marketing or similar field
• At least 2 years working experience in handling key account , intstitutional sale sor similar
• with goood verbal &written communication , leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other basic computer applications
