Institutional Strategy Associate (HR)

We are building a large-scale institutional and market engagement ecosystem across India and globally as part of our organisation's massive expansion strategy.

We plan to engage colleges, universities, and student communities through conceptual programs, knowledge initiatives, talent discovery models, and large-scale interventions that create measurable value for students, industry, and society.. Also, we are looking at interacting with business-to-business prospects across India and the globe to position our application services as a unique proposition.

We are looking for intellectually curious young professionals who can study academic and market ecosystems, engage institutional leadership, develop participation strategies and represent our organisation before colleges, universities and also the software market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and analyse the higher education ecosystem across India and the world to identify institutions, academic clusters, student communities and potential engagement networks.
• Identify colleges and universities capable of becoming strategic institutional partners for the organisation's academic, technology, talent and societal initiatives.
• Engage professionally with Directors, Deans, Principals, Heads of Departments, Professors and student campus leaders
• Understand complex organisational concepts, technology initiatives and strategic programs and translate them into compelling narratives for academic audiences.
• Study student behaviour, participation psychology and institutional decision-making patterns to design effective student acquisition and engagement models.
• Develop strategies capable of converting institutional access into genuine student participation rather than nominal registrations or database submissions.
• Analyse participation funnels including institutional outreach, student discovery, communication, registration, engagement, completion and long-term community retention.
• Build talent intelligence repositories that enable the organisation to identify emerging student talent across institutions and geographies.
• Prepare post-program analytical reports identifying participation patterns, institutional response, student behaviour and opportunities for scale.
• Travel extensively to academic institutions and personally represent the organisation wherever strategic institutional engagement requires direct presence.
• Conduct structured market surveys to identify prospective customers, understand their operational challenges and document their application requirements and feedback.
• Support the sales team by following up with prospects after brochure circulation and inviting relevant prospects to company events, product presentations and business sessions.
