Instructional Assistant - 18-22 Program

Triton High School is seeking an Instructional Assistant to work with students in our 18-22 TLC program. The 18-22 TLC program serves students whose cognitive profiles require significant modifications to access the curriculum. Students in the 18-22 program are focused on developing life and vocational skills alongside their academic curriculum. Members of the 18-22 program spend their days in the high school setting and other locations in our community as they work on developing the individual skills each student needs.Qualifications: 1.

Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.2. Strong interpersonal skills required.3. Knowledgeable about ABA principles.4. Prior experience with English Language Learners preferred5.
