We are seeking an Instructional Coach to lead Literacy and Mathematics to provide leadership, build and sustain the capacity of fellow teachers, strengthening high-quality teaching practice and maximising student learning outcomes across K-2. This role attacts 2 coordinator points and encourage early applications for suitable applicants.

Key Responsibilities

The Instructional Coach will:

• Contribute to the delivery of the system strategic intent and learning agenda within the school context
• Exercise Catholic leadership and foster the faith formation of students and staff
• Lead the implementation of the learning framework, agreed pedagogical practices and school action plan, with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy
• Coach teachers and model effective practice to support students at the point of need
• Support teachers in using assessment and data to inform differentiated and personalised learning
• Analyse and interpret student data to guide teaching and learning improvement
• Inform and strengthen the school's professional learning and capacity-building programs
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility
