What You’ll Do:

As an Instructional Designer, you will thrive in an innovative environment where you can bring fresh ideas to life. You will be responsible for designing and developing impactful training resources while maintaining a strong commitment to continuous improvement. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of complex products or systems, and a desire to deliver exceptional learning solutions, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Engaging Learning Experiences: Craft highly interactive, effective, and visually appealing instructional materials, e-learning modules, and training resources from the ground up.
• Drive Innovation in Learning: Thrive in a creative, forward-thinking environment by exploring and implementing modern training methodologies and cutting-edge design tools.
• Commit to Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate, audit, and refine existing learning programs to ensure they remain impactful, up-to-date, and aligned with evolving business needs.
• Translate Complex Systems: Deeply analyze internal products, workflows, and systems, translating complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand training content.
• Build Data-Driven Materials: Leverage strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides to track learning metrics and present polished, visual training decks.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2+ years of proven experience working as an Instructional Designer, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or technology environment.
• Methodological Expertise: Deep knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and strong expertise in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and the Kirkpatrick evaluation model.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Highly proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides with strong data analysis capabilities.
• Mindset & Soft Skills: A confident, positive communicator with an exceptional "can-do" attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Adaptability: Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to adapt quickly to process changes while meeting tight deadlines.
