Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Instructional Design, Content Development, or E-learning.
• Instructional Design: Strong knowledge of ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning principles.
• Content Creation: Experience developing e-learning modules, microlearning, videos, assessments, and job aids.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, or similar tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with SMEs, trainers, QA, and Operations teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office applications.
• Preferred: US Healthcare experience and Instructional Design/TTT certifications.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts as required.
