Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Support learning design and development projects.
• Create training materials for different learning formats.
• Develop standards, templates, and storyboards.
• Work with SMEs, team leads, and design teams.
• Convert complex content into engaging learning materials.
• Create visual and interactive learning content.
• Perform quality checks on training deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design and content development.
• Strong research, content analysis, and writing skills.
• Understanding of learning industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving and business skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
