Looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team in Noida/Remote (WFH). The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be available to work from home.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop instructional materials, including course content, assessments, and evaluations.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

• Develop and implement instructional strategies to meet diverse learners' needs.

• Create storyboards, scripts, and other visual aids to support learning objectives.

• Edit and review instructional materials for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in instructional design.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.

• Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
