Job Description

We are looking for an experienced L&D Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging learning and training content for employees. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in instructional design, content development, LMS platforms and creating interactive learning solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse training needs and identify performance gaps to develop effective learning solutions.
• Design and develop learning objectives, training curricula and engaging instructional content.
• Create professional training presentations, learning materials and content using MS PowerPoint.
• Develop training content for operations, regulatory and compliance functions.
• Collaborate with US-based business leaders and subject matter experts to understand training requirements and deliver learning solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to create and enhance learning content.
• Use LMS and gamification platforms to develop interactive training modules, knowledge assessments and engaging learning experiences.
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning content.
• Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery of training materials.
• Facilitate training sessions when required.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Training Content Development in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in MS PowerPoint and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience in instructional design and learning content development.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, including course navigation and content management.
• Experience with gamification, interactive learning and knowledge assessments.
• Familiarity with AI tools for developing and enhancing training content.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in the 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM shift and collaborate with US stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services or wealth management industry.
• Exposure to operations, regulatory and compliance training.
• Experience working on large-scale learning and development projects.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions when required.
