We’re looking for an experienced Instructional Designer with a strong background in the financial payments sector to join a major project on an initial 6-month contract.

You’ll be designing and developing instructor-led, in-person seminars , typically one-day programmes, covering areas including:

💳 Merchant onboarding

💳 Acquiring & interchange

💳 Tokenisation

💳 Digital payments

What we need

We’re looking for someone who combines advanced instructional design expertise with genuine payments industry knowledge .

You’ll ideally have experience of:

• Designing instructor-led/classroom learning (ILT)
• Payments, merchant acquiring, card schemes, payment processing or digital payments
• Turning complex technical content into engaging, accessible learning
• Developing course structures, facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises and supporting content
• Working closely with subject matter experts
• Delivering high-quality learning content at pace

⚠️ Previous financial payments sector experience is essential.
