About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Designer / Instructional Designer to create high-impact and visually engaging training materials.

In this role, you will transform complex information into clear, compelling, and learner-focused presentations, manuals, handouts, and worksheets. You will work closely with trainers and subject matter experts to design materials that not only look great but also support effective learning and knowledge retention.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in presentation design, visual storytelling, corporate training, and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, training decks, manuals, handouts, and worksheets.
• Transform complex or technical information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual content.
• Create high-impact slides that align with adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to develop effective learning materials.
• Customize training materials based on audience needs and learning objectives.
• Use visual storytelling to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Develop creative design solutions to simplify complex concepts.
• Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, visual quality, and design standards.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Utilize presentation tools, design software, AI tools, and learning platforms to improve content development.
• Support continuous improvement of training and instructional materials.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Presentation Designer, Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, or similar role.
• Strong experience designing corporate training or learning materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, and Google Slides.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating visually engaging slides and effective visual learning content.
• Experience with Articulate and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Thinkific, Moodle, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google Cloud AI tools.
• Strong visual storytelling, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, training materials, or instructional content is highly preferred.
