Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Instructional Aide to support our educational team in creating a nurturing and effective learning environment. The ideal candidate will assist in classroom activities, provide individualized support to students, and contribute to the overall educational experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of lesson plans under the guidance of teachers.
• Support classroom management by ensuring a positive and organized learning atmosphere.
• Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Collaborate with teachers to address student needs and behavior management.
• Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, teachers, and parents.
• Help students with literacy education, math skills, and other educational activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
• Understanding of childhood development and educational principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Familiarity with special education preferred
• Strong interest in supporting student learning and academic growth.
