About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and industry-oriented Business Administration Instructor to deliver practical training integrating Business Administration, AI tools, automation and digital workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical and activity-based training sessions.
• Integrate AI tools and real-world business applications into classroom learning.
• Conduct live demonstrations, case studies, activities and assessments.
• Train learners on AI-powered communication, project management, documentation and administrative workflows.
• Introduce learners to AI productivity tools, automation platforms and AI agents.
• Develop practical assignments and project-based assessments.
• Keep course content updated with emerging AI tools and business practices.

Key Syllabus Areas

• Business Communication & AI: AI-assisted communication, professional emails, reports, client communication and business documentation.
• AI in Project Management: AI-assisted planning, predictive analytics, resource optimisation, collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
• Business Productivity & Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Drive and OneDrive.
• AI Scheduling & Administrative Automation: AI scheduling assistants, workflow automation and productivity tools.
• Records & Data Management: Electronic records management, filing, classification, retention, data security and privacy.
• Generative AI for Business: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, Fireflies.ai and other relevant AI tools.
• AI Co-working & Automation: AI-assisted emails, reports, SOPs, document summarisation, meeting transcription and multi-step workflows.
• AI Agents for Administration: Task automation, email filtering, CRM automation and document processing using tools such as Zapier, Trello and Claude.
• Cybersecurity, Ethics & Professionalism: Data privacy, responsible AI use, security and professional conduct.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, IT, Computer Applications or a related field.
• MBA/BBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Administration, Management, Corporate Training, L&D or Business Operations.
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of business communication, project management and administrative processes.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or other GenAI tools.
• Familiarity with AI automation, AI agents and productivity platforms.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace and online collaboration tools.
• Strong presentation, communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain AI concepts through practical examples and hands-on activities.
