Instructor – Civil Engineering Software

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate B.Tech/M.Tech graduates who are eager to shape the next generation of civil engineers through digital technology and software training. As a Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, workshops and classes on industry-standard civil engineering software, ensuring students are equipped with practical and future-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions, workshops and classroom programs on civil engineering software.
• Conduct on-campus sessions at engineering colleges as per the academic schedule.
• Customize and update training content based on university syllabus and industry requirements.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations and practical assignments for students.
• Support students with doubt clarification, project guidance and live case studies.
• Organize value-added programs, orientation sessions and technical workshops in colleges.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in civil engineering software and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Assist in developing LMS content, video tutorials and digital learning material for online platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• M.Tech in Structural Engineering

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design concepts.
• Hands-on proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS etc.).
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to colleges and training centers.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge on BIM Workflows is an added advantage.
• Freshers and experienced both are preferred.

Terms and Conditions:

• Salary shall be ranging from 3 to 4 Lacs, based on your performance.
• Annual Hike of 10 to 15% (may increase with good performance)
• Minimum 2 Years of Contract shall be signed.
• First 6 months shall be the probation period.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
