Instructor - EFI Automobile

The Hunar Foundation (THF) invites applications for the position of Instructor - EFI Automobile at its Korangi Campus. The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training on automotive electrical systems, including sensors, actuators, and vehicle systems (engine, transmission, braking, suspension, etc.)
• Conduct specialized training on OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) and EFI systems
• Plan lessons and ensure timely course completion in line with institutional standards
• Assess student performance through tests, practical evaluations, and observations
• Enforce safety protocols in workshops and classrooms
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic tools
• Provide mentorship, career guidance, and technical support to students
• Coordinate with industry partners for internships and job placements
• Support student enrollment drives and institutional initiatives
• Maintain and update training equipment and simulators

Requirements

• DAE in Automobile, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Technology from a recognized institute
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in automobile maintenance, repair, or a training environment
• Hands-on experience with EFI systems, OBD scanner diagnostics, and auto electrical/diagnostic work
• Familiarity with modern automotive diagnostic equipment and methodologies
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a vocational or technical training institute
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
