Instructor - Japanese Language

A Japanese language teacher for JLPT N5 and N4 levels focuses on building a foundational understanding of the language, JFT-Basic, and Prometric/SSW preparation lessons and primarily teach students, trainees, and Japan-bound workers basic grammar, vocabulary, and the Japanese writing systems (Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji).

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

Classroom Instruction

• Conduct lessons specifically targeted at the introductory (N5) and beginner (N4) levels
• Teach foundational mechanics including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Introduce Japanese culture, workplace ethics, social etiquette, and manners alongside the language. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Assessment & Administration

• Administer mock tests to track student progress and readiness for official examinations.
• Provide extra support or remedial lessons to struggling learners.
• Submit students' performance evaluation and progress reports

Educational & Professional Background

• Degree Requirements: A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, foreign languages, or a related field) is highly preferred.
• Teaching Experience: Prior experience in language instruction (ranging from 6 months to 2 years)
• Key Traits: High patience, strong classroom management skills, and cross-cultural empathy

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
