Instructor - Massage Therapy

Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our faculty as a Massage Therapy Program Instructor. The successful candidate will support student learning by delivering engaging instruction, maintaining academic standards and contributing to a professional, student-centered learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver course content in accordance with the syllabus and college policies
• Prepare and present lessons that support student learning and engagement
• Assess student performance fairly, consistently and on schedule
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades and academic records
• Provide constructive feedback and support student success
• Communicate professionally with students, faculty and administration
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum review and ongoing program improvement

Experience

• Licensed and in good standing Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
• 2 years of experience as a massage therapist
• Supervising experience or teaching background is considered an asset (not mandatory)
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to healthcare and therapeutic practices

Pay: $29.00-$34.00 per hour
