Add 5–10 Private ABA Sessions per Week — Without the Admin, Billing, or Client Search Headaches

Senior ABA Instructor Therapist / Behaviour Technician
Behaviour Saviours | North York, Toronto & Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Job Type: Part-time, Independent Contractor
Compensation: $25–$40/hr (based on experience & credentials)

About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced ABA Instructor Therapist / Behaviour Technician looking to earn extra income on the side — without the stress of finding clients or dealing with endless admin?

At Behaviour Saviours, we take care of billing, scheduling support, intake, and matching.
You get pre-vetted clients, flexible schedules, and the chance to make meaningful impact while maintaining autonomy and work-life balance.

This is ideal for therapists already working in clinics, school boards, or other agencies who want to add 5–10 private sessions/week in a low-friction environment.

About Us

Behaviour Saviours provides high-quality, individualized ABA therapy across the GTA in homes, schools, and community settings.
We are a passionate, inclusive, and collaborative team committed to ethical, evidence-based practice and meaningful outcomes for children and families.

We value professionalism, compassion, teamwork — and we respect your time and expertise.

What You’ll Get

  • Pre-screened, pre-matched families — no intake calls or searching for clients.
  • Zero admin headaches — we handle billing, scheduling support, and all agency paperwork.
  • Flexible scheduling — add sessions around your current job and schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Competitive compensation — $25–$40/hr depending on experience & training.
  • Local caseloads — families matched within your preferred travel areas.
  • Ongoing supervision from RBAs/BCBAs — plus opportunities for skill growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 individualized ABA therapy designed and supervised by a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA/BCBA).
  • Use evidence-based strategies to support communication, behaviour regulation, social/play skills, and daily living skills.
  • Record and graph accurate session data; provide clear feedback to your supervising BCBA / RBA.
  • Collaborate with families and other team members to maintain program consistency.
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision meetings, and case reviews.
  • Travel to clients’ homes, schools, and community programs as required.
  • Support generalization and real-world skill development in natural environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Psychology, Child and Youth Care, Early Childhood Education, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2+ years of experience supporting children with autism or developmental needs.
  • Clear vulnerable sector check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Reliable vehicle/transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Genuine passion for working with children and families.

Preferred Qualifications

  • RBT certification (or willingness to pursue it).
  • Experience with ABA tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS.
