Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tangerang. The Instructor Training Performance will be responsible for developing and delivering various training program for employee. This involves preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, assessing student progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant aviation standards and regulations. The instructor will also be responsible for updating training materials and staying current with industry developments to provide state-of-the-art training experiences.

Kualification:

• Must possess an Instructor Certificate relevant to the subject being taught, issued by an authorized institution or aviation human resource training.

• If the Instructor Certificate is not yet available, the candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Hotel and Tourism, english or related major
  • Proficent in english, with EPT Score min 600 will be a plus
  • Experience in hotel management will be a huge plus

• Holds a Basic Instructor Training Certificate or Training of Trainers certificate (preferred)

• Has knowledge or experience in service business (preferred)

• Demonstrates passion and dedication in teaching

• Presentable and strong communication skills

• For graduates from foreign universities, an Official Degree Equivalency Letter from the Indonesian Ministry of Education (Kemendikbud) must be attached
