Instrumentation & Automation Engineer

• Handle instrumentation and automation activities for biogas plant projects from installation through commissioning.
• Install, test, calibrate, and maintain process instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, gas composition, methane, and H₂S sensors.
• Work with PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, control panels, MCC panels, and automation systems.
• Carry out PLC/SCADA programming, troubleshooting, modifications, and system integration.
• Perform loop checking, instrument calibration, cable laying, glanding, termination, and testing.
• Read and interpret P&ID, instrumentation drawings, electrical drawings, cable schedules, and control logic diagrams.
• Support automation of key biogas processes including feed handling, digester systems, gas cleaning, gas storage, gas compression, flare systems, and biogas utilization systems.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, and process teams during installation and commissioning.
• Supervise contractors and vendors and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules.
• Prepare testing, commissioning, inspection, and daily progress reports.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and automation issues during plant operation and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards, including applicable gas-safety requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
