The Mission

You will help architect and build a modular, automated manufacturing system from the ground up.

The platform brings together precision material handling, sensors, electronics, motion control, robotics, electrochemical process equipment, machine vision and industrial automation. Each module will be designed to operate independently, tested against defined requirements and integrated into a coordinated manufacturing system.

You will own the instrumentation, electronics and control architecture that connects these elements into one functioning machine.

This is a hands-on engineering leadership role. You will move between system architecture, component selection, circuit and control design, vendor coordination, physical integration, troubleshooting and commissioning.

You will work directly with the founder and a multidisciplinary engineering team, with meaningful influence over the design decisions that shape the manufacturing platform.

The Engineer We Want to Meet

You may call yourself an Instrumentation Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Controls Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer or Automation Engineer. Your title matters less than what you have actually built.

You are likely to thrive here if:

• You naturally think in systems, interfaces, feedback loops and failure modes.
• You can translate an engineering requirement into a practical machine architecture.
• You understand how sensors, electronics, actuators, controllers and mechanical systems work together.
• You enjoy solving problems that cross traditional engineering boundaries.
• You can work with fabricators, suppliers and specialists to get a machine built, not just documented.
• You are comfortable moving from a schematic or control sequence to the shop floor to diagnose why something is not working.
• You value sound engineering judgement, reliable execution and well-documented results.

You do not need to be the world's leading expert in every discipline. You do need the technical depth to make informed decisions, the curiosity to learn unfamiliar systems and the ability to bring the right people and technologies together.

What You Should Bring

• A degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or a related discipline.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience in custom machine building, industrial automation, instrumentation, controls or equipment integration.
• Demonstrable experience taking machinery or an automation system from requirements through design, integration and commissioning.
• Practical knowledge of sensors, actuators, electrical schematics, control hardware and industrial communication.
• Experience with PLCs, embedded controllers, HMI, motion control or industrial data acquisition.
• The ability to troubleshoot real systems and coordinate across mechanical, electrical and software disciplines.

Experience in robotics, precision manufacturing, electrochemical equipment, custom instrumentation, SCADA or modular production systems will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,260,000.00 - ₹1,950,000.00 per year
