What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare instrumentation layout and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare Instrument Location Plans, Hook-up Drawings, Loop Diagrams, Wiring Drawings, and Cable Routing Layouts.
- Develop and update Instrument Index, I/O List, Cable Schedule, JB Layouts, and Termination Drawings.
- Prepare instrument installation details and material take-offs (MTO/BOQ).
- Review P&IDs, instrument datasheets, specifications, and vendor drawings.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Coordinate with Piping, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Process, and other disciplines.
- Participate in 3D model reviews and resolve design clashes.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, client standards, and applicable industry standards.
- Support site surveys, construction queries, as-built drawings, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain proper drawing/document revisions and project records
