Position: Instrumentation Engineer

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, or a relevant engineering discipline

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial instrumentation and control systems.

Maintain and calibrate sensors, transmitters, pressure gauges, temperature controllers, and other measuring instruments.

Troubleshoot PLC, control panel, and automation-related issues.

Ensure the smooth functioning of instrumentation systems in FMCG production lines.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of instruments and control equipment.

Monitor process parameters and ensure accurate measurement and control.

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.

Maintain maintenance records and follow plant safety procedures.

Required Skills

Minimum 4 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance in a manufacturing industry.

FMCG industry experience will be preferred.

Knowledge of industrial automation, PLC systems, sensors, and calibration.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
