Instrumentation Sales Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our sales team as an Instrumentation Sales Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities, understanding customer requirements, promoting instrumentation products, and developing business relationships with customers in industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell industrial instrumentation products, including pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, level instruments, control valves, and process automation equipment.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, technical offers, and product proposals under senior team members' guidance.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding inquiries and orders.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.
• Assist in preparing technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Visit customer sites and attend meetings with clients when required.
• Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and records of business activities.
• Learn about new products, industry standards, and market developments.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of instrumentation and process control.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn technical sales and business development.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to understand technical datasheets and specifications.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
