What they need
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, SCADA, VFDs, and field instrumentation.
- Perform panel wiring, device mounting, cable routing, and terminations following electrical standards and best practices.
- Perform calibration, verification, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation devices.
- Record troubleshooting steps, modifications, device inventories, and as-built drawings.
- Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, and machine safeguarding standards.
- On-site role with rotating shifts or standard day shifts plus on-call support, depending on plant needs.
- Occasional overtime during shutdowns or critical breakdowns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation Technology or any related course.
Instrumentation and Control Servicing NCII certification
Mechatronics Servicing NCII certification
Must have at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in instrumentation or industrial automation.
