Insulation Foreman

Standard Heating, Cooling & Insulating is looking for experienced insulation professionals who are ready to lead a crew, take ownership of their projects and keep growing.

If you have experience with spray foam, blown-in insulation or both, we want to talk to you.

Starting pay: $27–$36/hour based on demonstrated experience and ability.

But that's not the ceiling.

Elite Installers can earn up to $42/hour.

What you'll do

As an Insulation Foreman, you'll lead residential and commercial insulation projects throughout Central New York, including:

• Spray foam installation
• Blown-in cellulose and fiberglass
• Air sealing and weatherization
• Attic, wall, basement and crawlspace applications
• Jobsite setup and safety
• Leading and developing crew members
• Reviewing job scope and ensuring work is completed correctly
• Communicating professionally with customers and Standard's project team
