Job Title: Entry-Level Insulation Installer

Pay Rate: Starts at $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced or entry-level insulation installer to join our team. No prior experience is required—we are happy to provide full, hands-on training for the right person. If you enjoy active work, working with your hands, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of fiberglass insulation in residential and commercial buildings.
• Prepare job sites by covering surfaces, setting up tools, and ensuring a safe working area.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and fit insulation materials into walls, attics, and basements.
• Clean up job sites after installation and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and wear proper protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work (bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces like attics/crawl spaces).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop or job site preferred.
