Duties

• Measure and cut insulation materials accurately using hand tools and power tools to meet project specifications.
• Install various types of insulation, including Batt, Blown Cellulose, and Blown Fiberglass, ensuring proper placement for maximum efficiency.
• Follow blueprint specifications and schematics to interpret technical drawings and ensure precise installation.
• Use ladders and climbing techniques safely to access hard-to-reach areas on construction sites.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including power tool safety and fall protection procedures.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate installation schedules and ensure quality workmanship.
• Assist with related tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of building processes and safety standards.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and climbing equipment safely.
• Mechanical knowledge relevant to insulation installation and construction equipment operation.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and fabrication instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimating material needs.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork on busy job sites.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks consistently.
