Insulation installer/Construction labourer

Sick of dead-end labouring jobs? Come and work with us.

We're looking for a good, hard-working bloke or girl to join our team.

You don't need to be an insulation expert. If you've worked in construction, building, roofing, landscaping, labouring or another hands-on job, we'll teach you the rest.

What we really want is someone who:

• Turns up on time
• Works hard
• Doesn't complain about getting their hands dirty
• Can take instructions and get stuck into the job
• Takes pride in doing a job properly
• Has a good attitude
• Can work as part of a team
• Has a driver's licence

What you get

💰 $70,000 – $90,000 + Super

🚗 Company vehicle

⛽ Fuel card

🔨 Full-time, permanent work

📍 Based in South Nowra

👷 Training provided

What the job involves

You'll be installing insulation in new homes, existing homes and construction sites.

It's physical work. You'll be climbing into roof spaces, carrying materials, working on building sites and generally getting stuck into the job.

It's not a desk job — and that's exactly why we like it.

You'll be working with a solid team and learning a skill that's always in demand.

Who we're looking for

We're not worried about fancy qualifications.

We want someone who works hard and wants to work.

If you've got experience as a:

• Construction labourer
• Builder's labourer
• Roofer
• Carpenter's offsider
• Landscaper
• Handyman
• Trade assistant
• General labourer
• Or you've simply got a strong work ethic and aren't afraid of hard work

Apply.

Previous insulation experience is a bonus, but attitude and reliability are more important to us.

About us

We're a well-established local insulation company based in South Nowra, with a strong reputation in the local building industry.

We're busy, we're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants a steady job, good money and a company vehicle — not just another job they’ll leave in six months.

If you're reliable, fit, switched-on and prepared to work hard, we want to hear from you.

Apply now and tell us a little about yourself and what sort of work you've been doing.
