Insulation Installers - Experienced Preferred

We are busy, we need experienced Installers for a high-demand position expected to start now - if you are a high performer, you'll earn top dollar on piece-meal rates in retro New Build .

Role Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30 -4.30 pm or on demand, with Saturday work based on demand. The role based out of the East Tamaki base

Reporting to the business owner, you will be responsible for installing wall, ceiling and underfloor insulation to NZS4246 standard while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer service in line with our brand and reputation.

Piece meal pay rates are a base of between $27.50 - $33.00 per hour (32hr week min) or piece-meal rates for M2 installed depending on the higher of the two. New Builds $1.65 for low-density insulation, $2.15 Gross for high-density New Builds. Retro's / RTAs / EECA $2.15 Insulation, $1.60 GVB

To be a good installer, you need to:

• be comfortable under floors and in ceilings or on a building site
• New builds, Lite commercial & Existing Homes
• work hard and be driven
• have a NZ driver's licence (Preferred) or a full overseas licence that can be transferred to NZ, NZ Restricted Driver's Licence (Preferred min)
• High M2 installer - proven leader
