Insulation Salesman

Overview

Empire Electric and Spray Foam is looking for a motivated and personable Insulation Salesman to join our growing team. Prior sales experience is a must. The ideal candidate is confident working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is driven to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and business owners to discuss insulation needs
• Inspect properties and identify insulation opportunities
• Explain insulation options, benefits, and energy savings to customers
• Prepare estimates and present proposals
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Close sales and meet monthly sales goals
• Coordinate with installation crews to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Experience

• Previous sales experience required
• Construction, insulation, or home-improvement experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable using a phone, computer, and basic estimating software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
