We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Insulation Technicians to join our team in Novi, MI. This is a long-term opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the trades, not just a job. Technicians will remove and install a wide range of insulation types while gaining valuable, transferable skills and growing within the company over time.

This role offers significant growth within the position as well as clear paths for career advancement for individuals who show reliability, skill, and leadership.

Schedule

• Monday-Saturday
• Start time: 7:00 AM
• Typical end time: Around ~4:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities are common based on workload and season

Responsibilities

• Remove existing insulation safely and efficiently
• Install new insulation including (but not limited to) fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam, and rigid board insulation
• Prepare work areas and ensure proper containment and cleanup
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and wall cavities
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and professional job site

Qualifications

• Previous insulation or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and work with multiple types of insulation
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and varying temperatures
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience
• Clean-ish driving record (no major violations; minor infractions considered)
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $900.00 per week
