FJP Insurance Agency is a growing independent insurance agency located in Wheeling, IL, we offer standard and non-standard auto, home, life, and business insurance. Due to our growth, we are in search for an individual that wants to get into the insurance industry or take their insurance career to the next level. We are looking for a dedicated, independent, self-motivated candidate to contribute their skills to our agency and grow with us. We are dedicated to our clients, but also provide a supportive environment to our employees. The account manager is responsible for providing superior customer service, assist in generating insurance quotes, present and review insurance policies, and complete any duties that are necessary to grow the agency. This is not just another job, but a path to get into a stable and growing industry. As our agency grows, we will invest into your insurance professional growth! The position provides a base salary with bonus opportunities available.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
• P&C license required (or willing to obtain one in 90 days) (required)
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Proficiency working on a computer and navigating the internet
• Good communication skills via email/phone/text
• A responsible and detailed oriented individual
• Good problem solving skills

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Answer and respond to customers via phone/email/text
• Process payments and keep client data confidential
• Present and review insurance policies
• Answer insurance related inquiries
• Ability to input client information into data management systems
• General office work, maintaining a professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned by the agency principal
