Insurance Account Representative

Are you driven, competitive, and love helping people? We are looking for an outgoing professional to join our insurance sales team as an Insurance Account Representative. • Grow the business: Use proactive outside sales efforts and follow up on warm inbound leads to find new clients.
• Build relationships: Connect with local families and businesses to review their coverage and protect what matters most.
• Provide expert guidance: Tailor solutions across auto, home, life, and health insurance.
• Stay organized: Manage active leads and customer details using our computer systems.

What we're looking for:

• Strong communicators: Comfortable picking up the phone, networking locally, and closing sales.
• Driven professionals: Naturally motivated, organized, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensing: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required before your start date, but we can help guide you through the training and process.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
