Insurance Account Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking an Insurance Account Reconciler. This role combines customer service, and account administration across all insurances. You will communicate with prospective and existing clients, assess their needs, verify benefits, and assist the manager in getting timely payment from insurance companies, along with

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through responsive service, clear communication, and follow-up.
• Support office manager in getting claims processed properly, and work on resolving claims that are incorrectly processed.
• Maintain accurate account records on behalf of clients, and track interactions with insurance companies in order to dispute claims which are denied.
• Review client and account information, coordinate benefits administration, and follow applicable insurance policies.

Skills

• Strong customer service, communication, and client communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are welcome.
• Commercial health insurance knowledge a must.
• Microsoft Office proficiency requried.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
