Insurance Ad

We are a well-established independent insurance broker based in Moy, Co Tyrone. We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable person to join our small team.

The role will involve dealing directly with clients and insurers and providing a high standard of service across a range of personal and commercial insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with new and existing clients by telephone, email and in person
• Obtaining and arranging insurance quotations, new business and renewals
• Processing policy changes and general insurance administration
• Liaising with insurers and assisting clients with claims
• Maintaining accurate client records and policy documentation
• Providing a friendly, professional service to clients
• General office duties and supporting the wider team

The Person

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
• Organised and able to manage their own workload
• Confident speaking to clients and insurers
• Careful and thorough in their work
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Professional and reliable
• Able to work as part of a small team

Previous experience in insurance or financial services would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
