What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Previous experience as an Insurance Adjuster, Claims Officer, Insurance Specialist, or similar role is preferred
- Experience in the hospitality, resort, property, or tourism industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and risk assessment
- Strong analytical, investigation, and documentation skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
- Willing to work and be assigned in Bohol
- Willing to conduct site inspections and coordinate with different departments and external parties
