Insurance Admin Assistant

Insurance Admin Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all assigned Insurance Transactions on both Renewal and New Business are performed and completed. To also ensure that all documents and reports submitted are 100% accurate and disseminated to end-users on or before the target dates. And to ensure that all collected payments are updated and encoded in the summary of production.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares Incentives/Commission for New Business & Renewal Business.
• Records sales and updates customer information on the database (i.e. change of address, contact numbers, premium, etc.) of all issued policies for production.
• Prepares and monitor implementation of new business premium and signs for NB Releases as alternate signatory in the absence of Insurance Manager.
• Prepares Monthly Production Report (NB/RB/TPL/LTO).
• Prepares and monitors Premium Payables Report.
• Ensures proper assistance and communication to In-house Insurance Partners.
• Prepares premium remittances to Insurance Companies based on Insurance Reconciliation.
• Reconciles outstanding premium to Insurance Coordinators’ records and files for clean-up.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
