Insurance Admin (Non-Sales)

Responsibilities

• Assist the New Business team and Consultants in sales support work
• Work with New Business team to arrange medical booking, documentation preparation and informationtransposal to documentation.
• Support New Business team and Consultants with meeting/medical arrangements, new and ongoingapplication documentation and policy delivery
• Ensure that the sales operations process is adhered, update system on the pipeline and ensure that thenecessary activities & documentation including sales meeting logs are updated in the systems
• Ensure client documentations are complete, aligned and satisfied with internal and insurance companycompliance and due diligence
• Manage and bring all the cases under care into completion (includes prompt follow-up / negotiation withinsurers / underwriters) Work closely with other stakeholders
• Any ad-hoc task assign by the line manager

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline

• Ability to multi-task and work under extreme deadlines

• Min 1-2 years of administration, customer service or relationship management experience preferably in insurance or banking industry

• Chinese Language (written & spoken) Proficiency require
