About the role

Platinum Motoring Services Pte. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated Insurance Admin Executive to join our vibrant team based in the Tampines. This full-time role is key to supporting our insurance operations and ensuring smooth and efficient administrative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a variety of administrative duties related to insurance policies and claims
• Support the processing of policy applications, renewals, and changes
• Communicate with clients to handle inquiries and resolve any issues
• Keep our insurance management system updated with accurate records
• Prepare necessary documentation, reports, and correspondence
• Any ad hoc duties as needed

About you

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or insurance-related role
• Solid understanding of insurance procedures, policy handling, and claims processes
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office tools
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A cooperative team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
