Horizon Life is a growing insurance brokerage based in Knoxville, Tennessee. We are looking for motivated, professional individuals interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Horizon Life provides inbound leads at no cost to the advisor and covers the cost of the initial licensing process for qualified candidates who are not yet licensed.

INBOUND LEADS — NO COLD CALLING

Our advisors work with individuals who have requested information regarding life insurance coverage. Horizon Life provides access to inbound lead opportunities, ongoing training, coaching, and leadership support within a structured office environment.

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals who have requested information about life insurance

• Conduct client consultations and needs assessments

• Educate clients on available life insurance and annuity products

• Help clients determine appropriate coverage based on their individual needs

• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process

• Maintain consistent follow-up and client communication

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development

• Provide exceptional service throughout the client experience

Licensing & Training

A life insurance license is required before conducting insurance business.

For candidates who are not currently licensed, Horizon Life covers the cost of the initial licensing process and provides access to the required pre-licensing education.

Initial training is unpaid and must be completed before beginning production.

Ongoing training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development are provided.

Leads

Horizon Life covers the cost of leads for its advisors.

Advisors are provided access to inbound leads from individuals who have requested information regarding insurance coverage. There is no cold calling required.

Lead availability and volume may vary and are not guaranteed.

Products & Carriers

Advisors have access to life insurance and annuity products through multiple insurance carriers, including:

Americo, Transamerica, Mutual of Omaha, Corebridge Financial, Aetna, American Amicable, Ethos, and Athene.

Income is variable and not guaranteed. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes and are not employees of Horizon Life.

Full-Time

Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Friday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

No Nights

No Weekends

Major Holidays Off
