What they need
Handle cashless insurance and TPA coordination.
Manage pre-authorisation, approvals, enhancements, and claim submissions.
Verify patient insurance documents and eligibility.
Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, billing, MRD, and clinical departments.
Follow up on pending and rejected claims.
Maintain accurate insurance records and reports.
Handle insurance-related queries from patients and attendants.
Ensure timely claim processing and settlement.
Schedule:
Day shift
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
