Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

Strong proficiency in utilizing industry-standard quoting software and Microsoft Office suite.

Demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex policy details to diverse audiences.

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.

Willingness to participate in local community events and networking opportunities in the Strongsville area.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions for new and existing clients.

Maintain accurate client files while ensuring all documentation complies with state insurance regulations.

Proactively monitor policy renewals to provide timely advice on potential coverage gaps or necessary adjustments.

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring each interaction is met with clarity and genuine support.

Collaborate with the broader agency team to refine sales strategies and improve the overall client experience.

Identify opportunities for growth by cultivating deep, lasting relationships within the local Strongsville business community.
