Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Health Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate Hospital indemnity plans tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities include conducting phone consultations, explaining coverage options clearly, answering client questions, and providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction. You will handle inbound inquiries, build strong relationships through effective communication, and stay informed about industry regulations and product updates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred, along with a valid insurance license or the willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized guidance to clients on health insurance plans and coverage options.
• Assist clients in choosing policies that fit their needs and budgets.
• Respond to inbound calls, answer questions, and follow up on inquiries.
• Help clients complete applications accurately and ensure proper documentation.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, new products, and policy changes.
• Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service and support.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently.
• Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one required.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
