Role Overview

We are hiring an Insurance Agent to advise clients on insurance products and close new policies. The role combines consultative selling with insurance expertise — building trust quickly and matching products to real needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach

• Conduct needs analysis with prospects across personal lines (auto, home, life, health)

• Quote and present policy options tailored to each client's situation

• Close new business and maintain a pipeline of renewals and referrals

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet activity and sales targets

• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active insurance license in your jurisdiction (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or equivalent)

• 2+ years in insurance sales or financial services sales

• Strong consultative selling and needs-discovery skills

• Familiarity with insurance CRM and quoting platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Self-motivated with a track record in commission-based environments
