The Opportunity

We are looking for passionate and driven **Insurance Agents** to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

🔹 **Build Lasting Client Relationships** – Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients across Lagos and beyond.

🔹 **Provide Tailored Insurance Solutions** – Identify client risks and recommend suitable coverage, including life, health, education, vehicle, home, and income protection plans.

🔹 **Financial & Retirement Planning** – Assess clients' financial situations and create personalized plans, including pensions, annuities, and retirement strategies.

🔹 Investment Advisory – Recommend suitable investment options, savings plans, education funds, and endowment products aligned with client goals.

🔹 Proactive Sales & Prospecting – Drive sales growth through outreach to multinational companies, government organizations, and individual prospects.

🔹 Regular Financial Reviews – Monitor client portfolios and adjust plans as their circumstances or goals evolve.

🔹 Insurance Education – Advise prospective customers on the importance and benefits of insurance to their families and businesses.

What We're Looking For

✅ Education: Minimum of OND in any discipline from a reputable institution

✅ Experience: Entry-level welcome; 1–2 years of sales or insurance experience is a strong advantage

✅ Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Great negotiation and persuasion power

• A teachable, resilient spirit with a willingness to take initiative

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

✅ Location: Must be based in Lagos or within a commutable distance

✅ Language: Proficiency in English
