Insurance Agent

Our Allstate Exclusive Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our successful team. We are currently looking for someone to join our outstanding sales team. Our agency sends out 75k-100k mailers per month to generate leads for sales staff. We also purchase internet leads and live transfers. It is important that the right candidate enjoys working with people and has a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone’s life. Our mission is to help people prepare & recover from the unexpected whether that is a hurricane, fire, death or disability. Our number one focus is our customer’s needs. A sales agent will make a base salary plus commission and bonuses. Current sales agents are making $2500-$5000+ in MONTHLY commission alone. Additional Qualities Needed:

• Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation and a high-energy, positive approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• The ability to multi-task and handle pressure
• A goal-oriented mindset
• A team-player approach and a can-do attitude
• P & C and Life & Health insurance license (assistance in obtaining licenses)
• Bi-Lingual a Plus
