Job Summary

We’re looking for motivated, ambitious individuals who want to build a successful career in financial services. As an Insurance Agent with Integrity Marketing, you’ll educate families and individuals about financial protection, investments, and wealth-building strategies. You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and licensing support to help you grow both personally and professionally. This is an opportunity to build your own business while making a real difference in people’s lives.
Duties

• Develop relationships with clients and assess their financial goals and needs
• Educate clients about life insurance, annuities, and other financial products
• Create customized financial protection plans to help families build generational wealth
• Maintain consistent follow-up with new and existing clients
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on financial strategies and products
• Build and lead a team of licensed professionals (optional for leadership track)
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
• Represent the agency’s values of integrity, education, and empowerment
• we are a commission based business.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required (full training and licensing support provided)
• Must be self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
• Must be able to obtain state life and health insurance license

Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $10,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
