The Morris Agency, part of the PlanRight Financial network, helps individuals and families find life insurance coverage that fits their needs and budget. We help clients understand their options so they can make informed decisions about protecting the people they love.

We’re growing and looking for dependable, motivated people who enjoy connecting with others. No insurance experience? We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and guidance through the licensing process.

What you’ll do

• Meet with clients in person to discuss their needs, budget, and coverage goals.
• Explain life insurance options from multiple insurance carriers.
• Help clients complete applications and understand their coverage.
• Follow up with leads, prospective clients, and existing clients.
• Build community relationships and participate in ongoing sales training.

Sales experience is helpful but not required. A life insurance license is required before selling; we can help you understand the steps to obtain one.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
